Delivery Policy of Thanh An Hair
I. SHIPPING METHODS
We process orders on business days, from Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office. We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs, including standard and express delivery options. Our trusted carriers include DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location, typically ranging from 3 to 10 days to international (in regular seasons) or more depends on holiday seasons.
We are absolutely not responsible for any loss and damage of the goods during transportation. However, we try to support customers in these cases.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with local UPS, DHL, Fedex… and file a claim.
We do not hold responsibility for packages after they have been shipped.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays or any carrier delays.
If items have not been received, it can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.
If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Thanh An Hair, you are responsible for additional shipping fees, or a store credit refund will be given to you to purchase a new order with the correct address.
II. SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery location. For international shipments, additional customs duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is refused upon delivery, a return shipping fee may also apply, and we will clearly communicate this charge at the time of purchase.
III. DELIVERY PROCESS
- Order Processing: Once we receive your order, it will be processed within 6-30 days (depending on the order’s quantity and quality). During this time, we verify payment and prepare your items for shipment.
- Order Tracking: After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery. You can also track your shipment on the carrier’s website using the provided link.
- Delivery: Our delivery service includes door-to-door shipping. In some cases, you may choose to have your order delivered to a designated pickup point.
IV. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recipient Information: Customers are required to provide complete and accurate recipient information, including the name, address, and contact number.
- Receiving Packages: Customers must be present to receive their package or authorize someone else to accept it on their behalf.
- Inspecting Goods: Upon receipt, customers should inspect the goods for any damages or discrepancies and notify us immediately if any issues are found.
V. EXCEPTIONS
- Non-Delivery Areas: Some regions may be restricted for delivery. If you are located in a non-deliverable area, we will inform you prior to processing your order.
- Force Majeure: We advise customers that unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or pandemics, may impact delivery times. We will keep you updated on any significant delays caused by such events.
